Adam Knewtson has joined Full Sail Commercial Real Estate and KW Commercial Midwest to bring his farmland sales expertise to the communities of Southern Minnesota and Northern Iowa. Adam started his real estate career when he purchased his first farm in 1998. Adam’s interest in farmland stems from growing up on the family farm and being an avid outdoorsman in south central Minnesota. The love of the land and outdoors created a bond that led him to a career in real estate in 2019.
Recently Adam attained the designation of Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), a rigorous education course set out by the Realtors Land Institute. The Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation is the only land-specific designation backed by the National Association of REALTORS®. Accredited Land Consultants (ALC) are high performing real estate experts that specialize in agricultural land, timberland, ranch and recreational properties, or vacant land for development.
In 2021, Adam was awarded the APEX Award for sales greater than $5 Million. The prestigious RLI (Realtors Land Institute) APEX Awards Program, sponsored by The Land Report, is an annual production awards program designed to recognize the excellence and performance of its members. Adam is also a licensed drone pilot and has recently passed his real estate broker’s exam.
Outside of work, Adam has been regularly active in his community with the Waseca and Austin Chambers of Commerce. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time traveling both domestically and internationally.
