Simon Halbur has joined Full Sail Residential and Commercial Real Estate and KW Commercial Midwest/KW Select to bring his sales expertise to the communities of Southern Minnesota and Northeastern MN. Simon started his real estate career in the fall of 2023 after leaving Denver, CO, where he was a service manager for Haman Infrastructure, Inc., a Denver-based heavy/highway general contractor specializing in major road and bridge projects in Colorado and New Mexico.
In addition to Simon’s work at Hamon which included hiring staff, maintaining scheduled maintenance, and purchasing heavy equipment, Simon has also worked in property management locally. His experience included maintaining and evaluating residential and commercial properties for both agents and clients alike.
Outside of work, Simon has been regularly active in his community with the GMG Young Professionals and local volunteering efforts. He enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, and spending time traveling both domestically and internationally.
