Mankato, MN — Keller Williams Commercial has announced the appointment of Jim Halbur, Full Sail Commercial Real Estate as its new Regional Ambassador for the North Central Region, a leadership role focused on supporting, advocating for, and growing the commercial real estate community across the region. Halbur succeeds Chad Heer and will serve a minimum 12‑month term in this voluntary leadership position.

As Regional Ambassador, Halbur will act as a key liaison between KW Commercial leadership and agents throughout the North Central region. His responsibilities include participating in monthly leadership and ambassador calls, hosting a monthly regional Zoom meeting for commercial agents, sharing national and regional updates, and helping connect agents to training, resources, and collaboration opportunities. A major focus of the role is supporting markets where commercial leadership may be limited and assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new KW Commercial agents.
